The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is to establish a cooperative framework for strengthening banking and financia! capacity building between the Parties. Through this partnership, the Parties commit to exchanging knowledge, leveraging institutional strengths, and supporting the development of talent for Paraguay’ s financia! sector.
In the initial phase, cooperation may include:
1) Training and Certification Programs
Delivering specialized financia! training, certification courses, and executive study tours tailored to industry needs.
2) Institutional Capacity Building
Supporting UPTP in developing a structured training and certification system, along with targeted professional development for faculty and staff.
3) Research and Knowledge Exchange
Undertaking joint research projects and sharing relevant materials, publications, and expertise to advance mutual understanding and industry development.
